Kamena's Seafood Risotto Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Cups of rice

1 packet of frozen mixed seafood (or just prawns if prefered)

2 Courgettes (or any preferred vegetables)

1 Small carton of cooking cream

½ Litre of white wine

Cooking Instructions:

Cook the rice with a stock cube in the water

Chop the courgettes into small pieces. Mix with chopped garlic and fry until soft

Add the defrosted seafood and 2 cups of white wine, then cook for 3 - 4 minutes

Add the cooked rice and cream. Warm through.

Serve with a glass of left over wine.
