| Q: If I make a telephone or e-mail booking with you do I pay a deposit and is it refundable? | |||
| A: When you make a reservation through the website a 5% non refundable deposit is taken by Hostelbookers. If you make a telephone or e-mail reservation we require a refundable* deposit equal to the cost of 1 night for each room booked. *Please read our cancellation policy below. | |||
| Q: Do you have a cancellation policy? | |||
| A: Reservations cancelled before the 48 hour cut off period are done so without any penalty (excluding any charges made by Hostelbookers). After this period, all cancellations and no-shows will incurr a charge of 1 night for each room reserved. | |||
| Q: Is there a minimum or maximum length of time that I can stay? | |||
| A: We have no minimum or maximum occupancy lengths, however, in peak season single occupancy bookings for less than 3 nights may incur a surcharge. | |||
| Q: Do all rooms have en-suite facilities? | |||
| A: Yes, we have recently under gone major refurbishment and all rooms now have en-suite shower, basin and w.c with hot and cold running water. | |||
Q: How far from the diocletians Palace and downtown Split are you? |

| A: We are approximately 15 minutes drive from the main bus terminal in Split. | |||
Q: Are cooking and eating facilities available? |

| A; Yes. A new fully fitted kitchen is available for your use. All we ask is that all you tidy up any mess when you have finished as a courtesy to our other guests. The dining areas (inside and out) are available for your use. | |||
Q: When are we expected to pay the balance on the room charge? |

| A: We request that you pay the balance for the room in full when you arrive. | |||
Q: Are you wheelchair friendly? |
|||
A: Unfortunately, due to the design and age of this Croatian building, we are unable to accommodate disabled guests at this time. We are however, planning to convert an area on the ground floor in the future. |
